Overview

Notify company vehicle fleet management of requests for new vehicles, advise of driver changes, request relocation of vehicle, or request for vehicle disposal.

 

NOTE: Please ensure that Operations Manager/Leader authorisation is obtained in writing where relevant before raising request. Requests cannot be processed without this authorisation.

 

Instructions

  1. Click on ‘Company Vehicle Acquisition, Move and Disposal’ icon

  2. Click on ‘’Request Now’

  3. Enter details including vehcile details, location description, any images etc

  4. Complete relevant form.

  5. Click "Next" then review request details before clicking “Submit Now”
