Register/request capital purchase of new equipment or building-related works. Note that works are undertaken as per approved capital works program.

NOTE: If Operations Manager/Leader authorisation has already obtained in writing before raising request, please ensure that this is uploaded as part pf your request..

 

Instructions

  1. Click on "Capital Works/Asset Purchases’ icon

  2. Click on ‘’Request Now’

  3. Enter job details including location, description, priority, any images etc

  4. Click "Next" then review request details before clicking “Submit Now”
